I am sorry, but settings you're talking about don't have anything to do with Amelia. When you create an appointment with Amelia, it shouldn't create Google Hangout, nor "Join by phone", and that seems to be implemented by Google Calendar.

There are no settings regarding this in Amelia.

Sorry for the late repsonse.

Did you create the event in Amelia, or in Google Calendar? The notifications sent with Amelia can only be sent using the predefined templates in Notifications tab.

One example of how it looks is this:

So, no hangouts, no call, only a simple e-mail containing information from the plugin. When the owner of the event goes to edit it, though, they can add these features:

So, it was probably done manually through Google.
