We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Does the booking software integrate with Office 365?

    Hi Travis,

    Thanks for the interest.

Unfortunately, we don't have Office 365 integration, currently just Google Calendar integration is available.

    Good day,

Is there any news on this?
When will the integration be released?

    Regards,

    Hi,

We are currently working on some other features that had more interest form our users, so no ETA yet for this one.

    Have a nice day!

How do I express my interest? Where may I cast my vote? Thanks.

    Hi Divid,

Thanks for letting us know, we plan to add this feature in next couple of months.

    Hi again,

I already have Amelia, but I would still love the integration with Office 365 calendar.

This will make the app more useable and more reliable for me.
I'm already thinking about letting Amelia go for an other product who does have the integration.

Could you please give us a more concreet time on how long it will take before the integration is done?

    Thanks

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for your interest.

Most probably it will be in Jun 2020. I will make sure to update this thread when we release Office 365 calendar integrationsmile.png

June 2020 will work for us. I can use something short term if that proves to be true. Thank you.

    Thank you Nevena,

June 2020 would be great, I can wait until then.

  • Tim replied

Are you guys still on track for a June 2020 release? We are doubting to circumvent this by using Google calendar but it would be hacky so we rather wait. But not too long ;)

    Hi,

The integration should be live in June, beginning of July the latest.

    Hi everyone,

    Hope you are doing great.

We just wanted to let you know, as promised, that we have released Outlook calendar synchronisation – now your employees can also be connected to their Outlook calendar to synchronise events and appointments.

    Thank you for your patience!
