i have one big problem and I need a solution for this:
Case: We have a hair salon and very often we have the situation, that during hair colors we are able to go for another appointments short term. So: Worker A colors hair of customer A. Worker A realizes that customers A hair needs to dry and this takes 15min. Worker A wants to manually add another appointment during that time.
BUT: In Amelia Kalender the appointment is lasting 2 hours and we are not able to make a booking for Worker A anymore. HOW can we find a solution for this? This really is a feature which we can not work without.
2) Is there any opportunity we can set up a worker, which is not available in the frontend but available in the backend for manually adding appointments with him/her?
We do have our 15days money back guarantee policy but as I can see you purchased the plugin on
April 24, 2019 and that period of 15 days are unfortunately closed.
The only thing that I can do is to forward your suggestion ( which I hope other users would like to have it) to my team, so we can consider adding this feature after the planned features for the next major update.
