    Hi,

There is no error message but I can't see anything of the charts in the frontend by parsing the shortcode into the page (it works fine with tables). I created a few charts and tried several datatypes and chart types. I also tried it with the "Parse shortcodes" setting on or off as well as the "include full bootstrap FE / BE" on or off. It neither works if I use it on the same page as the frontend table nor on a completely different page. Also it doesn't matter whether I paste the shortcode into the Elementor Builder or use the WP Blocks function. What can I do to make the charts visible?

    Hello Robert.

It should work just the same as shortcodes for the tables, although I don't know what's going on without actually checking the page.

Can you, please, share the page where you added the charts?

Also, if at all possible please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
