Is there a way that I can add custom fields to the extras connected to my service?
For example, one of my extra packages is to add on a dress. I need to be able to use a custom field for a drop down for the dress style and a radio button for the size. I do not want to make this extra a service since it can only be purchased as an add-on with my signature package.

Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
The only workaround at the moment is that you made more extras for example
Extra 1 - Yellow dress size L
Extra 2 - Yellow dress size M
Extra 3 - Blue dress size M
etc.
