When going to create new employees, I have the option to link to a selected wordpress user. Even though I have two users already in my wordpress database, Amelia doesn't see either of them.
Troubleshooting attempts:
1. Uninstall and reinstall amelia
Result - No change
2. Deactivate User Role Editor Plugin and try again
Result - No change
3. Create new user after Amelia has been installed
Result - No change.
I am unable to link my new employee accounts to current wordpress accounts on my website. New employee accounts that should generate a new wordpress account also do not. I believe there is no communication between amelia and the wordpress user database based on this.
So after realizing I hadn't given my users Amelia roles, I think I understand the product better. I can only link new employee accounts to wordpress users that possess the amelia employee user role? If I want a user to have both amelia manager capabilities and appear in the Amelia employee creator, I would need to give them both roles the amelia manager and amelia employee role?
I have given my site administrator both the amelia manager and amelia employee role and am unable to see the user when creating a new employee. For a separate user who is a site manager and possesses the amelia manager and amelia employee role, I am able to see the user when linking the employee acount with the wordpress user.
I currently have 3 users in my WP database with the roles shown in the picture attached. I am only able to see users 1 & 3 when I try to add employees to Amelia's system. I cannot see user 2 even though they have the Amelia employee role.
I currently have User Role Editor plugin activated and have experienced this issue when it is either active or inactive.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
Ok as I can see one of your employees is assigned to the WP user , but only one Amelia role must be assigned to the WP user.
Can you please try to assign only 1 role (Amelia employee or manager) to the WP user and see if they will be displayed in the dropdown when you create the employee.

HI Ryan,
As I understand you gave 1 user both roles Amelia Manger and Amelia Employee?
Correct me if I did not understand you correctly.
Best regards.

Hi Bogdan,
I have decided to request a refund for Amelia as it does not possess the tools I need. Thank you for your help!
