We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
My client is enjoying your plugin, thank you!
They do have a few questions after using it for a few weeks.
1 - It is possible to chose which notification to send when creating an appointment? Either email or sms?
2 - Can the employees have different colors? Even though they are in the same service?
3 - In the same service, an appointment can take 1hours, 1h30, 2h30, etc. How can they set this?
Hello Márcio Cristiano Bento.
Thank you for your kind words.
1. You can only set the global notification settings, and choose which ones will be sent. There's no option to choose that for each appointment individually.
2. Unfortunately no - the color changes each time you modify something in the Employee's settings. You can, however add pictures to their account.
3. Unfortunately, a service can only have one duration. What you can do is have one service which lasts 1 hour, and then add extras which would add 30 minutes, or an hour and 30 minutes. You acn read more about extras under Services and Categories
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
