I'm looking for a booking plugin, that would allow our site to show the customers, that how many people have currently applied to each time slot of our classes, so that they can see where there is still room to join in, and maybe not join a class that doesn't have anyone in it yet. Is this possible with Amelia? We should both show where there are not enough participants yet to have the class, and highlight those classes where there is still space left, but enough participants to hold the class. The customers can join an empty class, in case more people join with them, but they should be informed that if not enough people book this time slot, the class will not be organised.

We don't have an option to highlight the time slots, but you can set up minimum people required for the booking, so your appointments will be set up as pending as long as there are not enough people in the booking.
For each service you can define Minimum Capacity and Maximum Capacity – Here you can enter the minimum and the maximum number of persons per single service booking. If your company has a need for a group appointment (for example classes, tours, group training, etc.), this is where you’ll define its capacity. This option is available for every employee, so you can define a different capacity for each one.

Is there any way to display the current number of participants in each time slot in the booking page? So that the customers can see what are the currently best options for their time slot?
If that would be possible, maybe we could write some kind of custom css/js solution for highlighting those time slots?

Unfortunately we don have that option for now. It might be possible with custom development, but our developers are too busy and cant accept any customizations.
We can suggest some other company for that, or you can do it yourself.
