I would like to know how to have a person to book appointments and not being an employee, as I far as I have tested amelia employees sees only their calendar not the one of the others.
Or I have a call center person which contact and take appointment. Or that person should be able to take appointment like the amelia manager or employee.
But I don't want to provide manager approval as it is a contractor.
Can you please tell me did you try to paste the shrotcode of the booking form on some of the page, where the customers can populate all the necessary fields and like that make an appointment?
In order to use backend, user must have an access and some role assigned to their profile to make appointments.
In that case the best solution might be to make a few Amelia employees roles for that persons in call center, so they can make an appointment through the backend.
i have tried that but we don’t see all the other appointments which is important also for them to check before to call if that person has not taken an appointment already.
Does maybe Amelia manager more appropriate role for them?
The “Amelia Manager” role has almost the same permissions as an “Administrator” role, but with a few important differences. A manager is allowed hide but not delete anything, a manager cannot customize the front-end look of the plugin and doesn’t have access to the WordPress settings.
