    Hello to all of you!

    I have a major problem since 4 days ago on Thursday and I did not hear back from your support yet - I did start a private ticket already (Ticket #2120070) but it seems like your support is not available from Thursday afternoon till Monday afternoon.

    My problem in short: I had some very small issues with the website and I tested the system by entering a new service called "test service" and I booked it by myself to see if it works. Then I deleted the booking and went to the service site to delete the service. When hitting the "trash-can-sign" ALL of my weeks of work on the plug in was GONE! Even the bookings I had from customers are GONE! Everything - every service - every picture - all is gone!

    And this is where I am since FOUR DAYS! I need to get this fixed fast cause my customers are bugging me to book appointments! As my husband looked into the files that are stored in the background. It seems like there is still all the data there in the database. Thats the last thing your support told me four days ago - that it might be because of a foreign key and he will have it up and running once I send ihm the neccessary informations... and I send him those right away on Thursday. And thats where communication stopped. 

    I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP! Thank you!

    Two hours ago I did connect with your support again - he told me that the log in I provided did not work. I gave him the new information within 15 minutes - and now I am not getting a response again. I even told him to wait and not go offline again since I needed a few minutes to find the information he needed. But now he is gone and I guess (from his current behavoir) he will be online in 24 hours again. PLEASE - WE NEED THIS FIXED TODAY!!!!!!

    Sorry to hear that but please understand that we have  lot of tickets and customers that are waiting for reply.

    And it is Monday so the response time can be a bit longer ( all the tickets from the weekend)
