Hello, I am looking for a booking plugin that allows employees to select from a list of predefined service and time for those services but be able to set their own schedule. Every-time I get a new employee I do not want to have to figure out their schedule and then have to put it in my self. And then again have to change it if/when their schedule changes. Also I want the employee to get an email asking them to confirm their ability to attend an appointment when a customer books one. As the admin I do not want the email coming to me and then having to confirm with the employee myself. If Amelia can do this along with having money sent to my account first and transferred to their account after fee has been charged (which I believe can be done with stripe) I will likely buy your product today. Thank you for your interest.
You need to make employees and services and you as an admin need to assign services to employees.
Employees can edit their information, schedule, days off and special days. For each of this action, you have an option in the Roles Settings so you can choose what they will be able to do. Of course, before that, you need to add Amelia Employee user role to each of them so they can log in and access their profile.
You can set default status of bookings to Pending, and that way employee will get email notification and he can change status to approved or canceled.
All the payments are processed to one account, admin's account.
