We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
You prices are clearly a 50% mark up from twilios prices, extremely disappointed here as that means USA is marked up from 0.75 cents to 1.125 cents whereas UK is 4 cents and you’ve marked that up to 6 cents. It means UK customer have to pay an additional 2 cents which mean that the UK customers are paying 500% more than US customers for your white label service fee. This is not fair at all, why not give us a direct integration with twilio and why are you treating U.K. customers unfairly!
Hi Paul,
We have already answered to you on AppSumo page.
We are building up our own sms provider aggregator service and are combining multiple providers, adding new ones as we go, as it allows to optimize the costs for everyone (Asia, EU, US, etc) over the long run. While it’s incorrect that we have a 50% higher fee (your examples are not precise) over said provider, there indeed might be a certain fluctuation compared to specific providers which will surely be minimized and become negative as the time goes and as we get to planned capacities. All in all, we could agree if something is not fair if you would get charged more than announced, but cannot agree that charging prices that are announced in advance is unfair - we are fully transparent about our terms of service.
We understand that might be not what you would like to hear, but if you look at absolute numbers, for the time being the monthly difference with some major providers world hardly be worth more than a couple of coffees, and going forward it will shrink.
We do not plan to provide direct integrations for now, but some should be configurable when we launch the Zapier integration soon.
