I am writing a second message now because I have not received an answer so far.
We are an agency for webdesign based in Frankfurt am Main in Germany. On 20.08. we bought Amelia for a customer.
After fighting for a whole working day, we had to realize that unfortunately Amelia is not fit to offer three rooms (although we thought after some resale questions, it would work.).
We deleted you Plugin from the website preungesheim.net completely.
We have on 23.08. then asked for the redemption of the money back guarantee and did not get an answer.
If the money back guarantee offered on your website (which is valid for 15 days) is not honored, we as agency will of course do the online advertising for your tool here in Germany.
