Unfortunately I can not get the right CSS to avoid this.

Can you please ask theme authors if they maybe have a solution for this.

Selector for this drop down is .el-select-dropdown__list

but I assume that this is happening to all dropdowns.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I forwarded the theme to my team to check it out, in the meantime you can use this CSS to avoid this problem

body > div.el-select-dropdown.el-popper{
z-index: 99999;
}

and the result should be like this ( attachment) 

The theme is adding the z-index to our elements and because of this you can not see the dropdowns correctly.

I forwarded the theme to my team so they will see if there is a possible solution to fix something on our side to avoid this problems, but please note that debugging the third party themes are not covered in the support.

As you can see i was able to enter the email address, and to change the content of the label. (attachment)

There are a lot of themes that are currently on the market and we can not guarantee that our plugin is compatible with everyone.

Also the theme is overwriting our CSS and design ( it is not our plugin that is overwriting the theme CSS) which is highly not recommended to write the code that will overlap with others or work on other elements of the page ( for example images, widgets and other plugins).
