we have a problem with translating some strings on Cart and Checkout pages. We use Loco for translating and translations work for most of the strings anywhere on the website, however the Order sum on Cart and Checkout has 3 strings that are not translated (even when of course in Loco, they are) - these are: 1) Appointment (directly after the <td class="product-name">) 2) service: & employee: (in paragraphs, inside <dd class="variation-AppointmentInfo">)
Do you know about any bug of this kind, so that you could fix this in next release or do you have any advice, how to fix it ?
You would need to enable Label settings, translate the strings to what you need it to be, save, and then disable the Label settings, and it should then translate Appointment Info (if it is translated in the .po file).
As for the other strings that you cannot translate - this is an issue on our end, and one of our developers added to his to-do list, so it may be fixed for one of our next releases.
If you have a .po translation file, and you translated "Service" there, it should take effect when you translate WordPress into your language. You do need to disable "Label settings" in main settings of Amelia, though.
If you're still having issues with this, can you please open a new private ticket, and provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site there. That’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
I'd love to help you out, but I need to take a look at your dashboard. I'll try to help you out with the strings, and if I can't, I'll give you the CSS you can use to hide them.

Hello tridaz.

Hello Aleksandar,
I have the same problem as Tomas - we have some strings we cannot translate (specifically "service").
Can you please tell us where it is in the code? We can change it by ourselves, it's no problem, but we need to find it.
Thanks,
Betty

Hello Aleksandar,
the issue is I need it in both English and Czech, so unfortunately this does not help me.
Can you make these strings the same as are the others? Translating the others works well for me.
Another option I can think of is to hide these strings at all, because the content is understandable even without them.
Thanks,
Betty
I see Alžběta.
