1.) Can Amelia book multiple services for one appointment like bookly can with their addon? I would us bookly but they do not integrate with accounting (QuickBooks).
2.) Does Amelia integrate with QuickBooks, by itself.
3.) Woocommerce integrates with Quickbooks, can Amelia integrate withQuickBooks through woocommerce, as a bookable product.
Our current configuration is with Woocommerce Bookings. Each service is added to cart as a product, a time value that has been assigned to each product is calculated as a total booking time required. The customer then selects "Book Now" and is redirected to the booking calendar to select the time. this selection is manual and the customer is likely to just select one block of 1 hour when 2, 3, 4, or 5 hours is needed.
We groom dogs, people tend to have more than one dog, and of different breeds (need full groom for one and just a bath or nail trim for the other). the same could be true with parents who need to bring kids to a salon.
1) Unfortunately multiple appointments booking is not possible at the moment. However this feature is in our plan for one of the future updates.
2) At the moment Amelia doesn't integrate with QuickBooks. We didn't have enough requests for this feature until now so some other features are our priorities for the future versions.
3) We have integration with WooCommerce, it is based on one fake product that it is made as a connection between Amelia and WooCommerce. We didn't try the integration with QuickBooks but it should work.
Unfortunately if you need services connected to multiple products from WooCommerce something like this is not possible. As I said, only one product is connection between WooCommerce and all services in Amelia. Customer can choose service, employee (if necessary), choose service extras and then see the available dates and time slots.
