I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built in features.
All WP users are being stored in wp_users and wp_usermeta tables, and while adding new users via wp_users is relatively easy, you'd still need to go through wp_usermeta to set up the user roles, and permissions.
So, unfortunately you can only add clients manually
