We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have customized my amelia background away from the standard blue. Every time I save my new background, add a new short code for [ameliabooking] the old standard blue and white show up. not sure what to do

We're going through the tickets in descending order, and we have a few agents available. Your tickets have been assigned to me, and this is the first time I see them. We have a lot of requests coming in, and since we don't prioritize anyone, I thank you for your patience.

If the customization you set up in Amelia's settings doesn't apply in front-end, this usually indicates there's a conflict with the theme you're using or another plugin you have installed. Please change the theme and try again - if the issue is still there - deactivate all plugins except for Amelia, and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then start activating the plugins one by one, and after each activation clear the cache and refresh the page. When the issue reoccurs, you will have found the plugin causing conflict.
