After a quick and not really accurate answer, there has been no further answer to my ticket #2115237 since 3 days. I am trying to deliver a website to my client and there are some issues with Amelia plugin that I can't solve.
Why isn't anyone answering and why do I have to open a second ticket to complain about no one answering the first one ??
I ve seen way more reactive support teams for free plugins...
