We haven't had an issue like this reported to us since the version has been released.
Can you please explain the steps taken to recreate the issue, and we'll try to see if we can recreate it? A screen recording would be great.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I went in there and changed the description for a few services, by adding or deleting a few letters, but I was able to do that without any issues - all changes were saved correctly, and all the images stayed saved.
Can you, please, record your screen and send us that recording, so we can see what exactly goes on when you try to change something?

Second thing - When you copy and rename the category, refresh the page. When you do that, and change the description of the service in the new category (Spanish), the same service will not be changed under Italian. But, the gallery will not be saved in the new category, so you will have to add the images to the gallery of each service manually again, but at least you won't lose the service in the previous category when you edit the description. I hope that makes sense.
Anyway - this bug will be fixed in the future, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
As for the second issue - unfortunately that, also, is a bug that got through with the newest version [ameliacatalog category=X] doesn't work, as you saw for yourself. It either spins indefinitely, or fails to display the service within the selected category, just like in your video.
The second bug was already reported to us, and we are working on fixing it.

I think there is something wrong with the database.
When I edit a service and store it, it looses all pics in the gallery.

I am sorry but I couldn't recreate the issue.
I created a new Service "Test Support", added a couple of pictures, and they both got saved when I edited the service.
Can you please tell me when the issue occurs? What are you changing in the service?
I deleted the service so no accidental bookings are made for it.
