Hello, I'm new to wordpress and am self taught so please be patient with me. I have searched the documents and other tickets and can't figure out how to get to a login page for employees that I have added to Amelia to be able to view their own dashboard.

I first created a user in wordpress with the role of amelia employee. Then I added the employee into Amelia and selected the wordpress user to link them together. If I'm understanding correctly, this employee should be able to login to the normal wordpress user page and see their amelia dashboard there. This is the link that I'm using to try and login as that employee: myinspiredstyle.com/wp-login.php   I believe that is where any user that I have created would be able to login. I have attempted to login for several employees and I get the error "User does not exist"

I get the same error if I try to login on that page with a test customer that I created that has the role "customer" , just plain customer not "amelia customer" so that makes me think it is a wordpress problem and not an amelia problem? But if this makes any sense and you can point me in the right direction I would so appreciate it!

By the way, I've been searching for an easy booking plugin for months now and this one is by far the best. Just the fact that I've gotten this far with it and have no idea what I'm doing speaks to how intuitive it is. I promise to write a review saying so...once I learn how to do that! Thank you for your help.

    Hello Michelle.

Thank you for your purchase and for your kind words.

You are exactly right - this is the way everyone should log in - via WordPress login.

Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

I had to start over with a new wordpress setup so I had to delete and reinstall Amelia. I will test this again and see if it does the same thing. Thank you.

Ok, I reinstalled and added a test employee in Amelia. It gave me the option to create a new wordpress profile and I did, it worked correctly. So now I have an employee in Amelia and a user id in Wordpress with the role of "Amelia Employee"  How do I setup a login page for that employee to be able to login and see their own calendar? The same question when I have ameila customers, I see they can login and view or change their appointments but where do they actually login at? I assume I have to setup a page for that?

    Hi again Michelle

I'm glad to hear you got it working.

The login is the same for everyone - admin, employee and customer - regular WordPress login.

So, they would all log in via https://myinspiredstyle.com/wp-admin

If you open "Users" in the dashboard, you can configure their names, usernames, e-mail and passwords. Go ahead and try it yourself. You can open a new incognito window and log in with the new employee's credentials to see how it looks like.

    Best regards.
