We are aware of the issue, and our developers are working on resolving the issue. This should be happening on Android devices, while iPhones are working normally.

It will be implemented in the next update, so you won't need to worry about it.

In the meantime, I changed some files in the plugin, and added a simple script on that page:

window.ameliaBookin = [disableScrollView: true]
</script>

So it should be working fine now.

If you're having the same issue on other pages, simply add this line shown above, as a simple Text when you're creating the page, and it will disable the scrolling.

I understand, and I believe I was able to add it to all pages. I used the credentials you provided to log in, and opened ../wp-content/themes/salient/footer.php and I added the script on the bottom of that page:

It should be loading on all pages now, as long as you keep using the Salient theme. If you change the theme, you'll have to add it to the footer.php file of that other theme.

I checked your booking page on my mobile device, and it is not jumping after I select the time slot anymore. Can you also, please check and let me know if it's good on your end as well?

Did you maybe change the theme? Or, have you updated the theme?

If you did any of this, please enter the theme's footer.php file, and add the script in the bottom, as I explained in November, last year.

If you still can't get it to work, please provide me credentials again, but remember - this is a public ticket, so don't forget to enable the PRIVATE response.
