Hi, I want to know how does the refund work when a customer books an appointment through paypal and then admin rejects or cancels the appointment. Does the customer gets refund on paypal and how much time does it take?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Once you reject the appointment you would need to manually do that on PayPal also, it is not automatically connected.
