Hello, I am having a repeated problem with one particular client utilizing my online scheduling system. I suspect the problem is on their end, but I don't have the ability to investigate and was curious if you had any insight or helpful ideas from the Amelia plug-in side of things.
I am located in Orlando, FL (Eastern Time Zone) as are all my customers, the system works perfectly with everyone. However, I've had a repeated problem with one client who books within our time zone (entire interface looks correct), but when she receives her calendar invite it is is British Summer Time (BST). All other calendar applications and invites work correctly for this individual, so once again I was curious for your ideas related to anything on the Amelia side of things.
I followed up with this client, sending her a calendar invite outside of the Amelia system and this also showed up with a time zone problem on her end (believe this confirms it is on their end and nothing with the Amelia system).

Can you please tell me did you enabled the option to show timeslots in the clients time zone (attachment) in Amelia Settings-> General settings.
