When I go into the Employees and Locations section to see my employees and locations listed they do not appear even though there is a number displayed showing they are there. I'm unable to edit my employees and locations right now. Please help

Did you delete some services or employees that were in relation/connected?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This issue can be related to database so I will install one free plugin to access your database and see the tables there.

Before I continue can you please update the plugin to latest 2.1 version which came out today.
Since you bought the plugin through Envato marketplace, you don't actually need the purchase code to activate the license. The "Purchase Code" field is reserved for purchases made through our website, and needs to stay blank when you're activating with Envato.
So, all you need to do is click on "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO", and the plugin will take you to the Envato log-in page, where (upon logging-in) the license will be activated.
Then you will be able to auto update the plugin.
Also you can manually update the plugin by following this guide.
When downloading the new plugin version (if you buy it over CodeCanyon please download it from this link, or if you buy it over our website then please download it from our TMS Store from this link) please follow these steps to update manually from the existing version:
1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder2. Delete the old Amelia version folder3. Upload the new version of Amelia4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section5. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again
Your instructions aren't making sense to me. When I go to the plugins page there are no updates available for Amelia in the WordPress dashboard. When I click on the links you provided to download the plugin it wants my TMS account name and password. I don't have a TMS account...

And if I update this plugin manually will i lose all my current setting and have to set up everything again?
I have updated the plugin to version 2.1 however now the plugin is not working on my site and I seem to have lost all the settings I established in the WP backend for the plugin. Employees and services are all gone. I need to fix this urgently.
I also can't change my company address. When I update the address it reverts back to the old address.

I really need help with this urgently. My clients are unable to make appointments direct from my website. It’s been broken ever since I did the update.
I will take a look now and install one free plugin to access your database, it looks like some relations in the tables in database are not correct.
Are you making some changes to the site at the moment.
I connected to the database and start fixing the relations but it loads very long and I can not even open 2 pages of your site in the different tabs.
No I haven’t touched it. And I’m not logged in anywhere.
Can you please provide me FTP credentials so we can debug it and see what may be the problem.

Not sure what version of PHP. The plugin was working final until I did the update. Even though I couldn’t see and access employees etc in the backend it was still working on the site.

No not quite yet. When i go to the web page with the Amelia plugin it, the plugin will not load on the page https://aucklandcounsellingclinic.co.nz/book-appointment-online/

The other thing is I still cant update the business address in the back end. Each time i do it and save it reverts back to the previous address.

Also, I have tried updating my location address in the location section and it will not save. It reverts back to what was there last. I really need to fix all this urgently. My clients are unable to book appointments.

I can change it for you just give me the right address.
Also did you try to create a new location?
