We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Does your plugin allow me to post the data from a single cell like B2 on any page/post of the site? Looking to do this? If not any ideas of how/if it's possible?
HI ckad1979,
Thank you for your purchase.
Single cell shortcodes is something that we agreed to implement for some features ( as major feature) for future updates of the plugin, but at the moment this functionality is not possible.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

I realize that when I provide a link to a Google Spreadsheet the data is read from the data source every time the page loads, so if the table is table may load slow causing certain data to not load. I actually use my Google Spreadsheet data via two apps, yours and another by Dan's gSheets.
Is there a way that I can only allow the site to cache the table content once a day and then store data for display rather than connect every time somebody visits the site which has to be overwhelming for Google.
Hi again ckad1979.
Sorry for the late response.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately accessing the content once a day is not possible with the plugin's built in features. The plugin is using the Google's generated CSV and creating a table from its cache. There is currently no option to cache it only once, or only at a predefined time.
We are planning to implement the Google API, which will load the content almost instantly.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
