Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the time slots at the moment. It is only possible to set up to just one time slot appears here and to maybe change the displayed text of that time slot, but other options are not available. We will think about adding this feature for the future updates.

Sorry I don't understand your first question, can you please provide me with more details ("how to set to to change 1 time slot in text").
As for the second question, 1 employee cannot do two services (appointments) at the same time, so if you need both services to be scheduled at the same time you will need to create 2 employees and connect each with one service.
