We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Dear reader,

I have been looking a very long time for a good booking solution for a client who runs a language teaching institute in the Netherlands. He provides courses on different levels for a variable number of days.

A lot of what he needs Amelia provides, but I have a few questions left:

    • is it possible to categorise events (in our case courses)
    • and can I display those courses in a list view per category

    Kind regards,
    Leonard

    Hi Leonard,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

If you create those courses as events, then you can add tag to each event that would be some sort of category for them and your users will be able to filter the events by the tags added. In our plan we have option to add more shortcodes for showing events, and one of them will be option to add tag in the shortcode and then show different events on different pages for booking based on those tags.

If, on the other hand, you create those courses as services in our plugin then you can create categories and display those courses by the category.

If you need the first solution, I can inform you once we release the version with those shortcodes?

    Best regards.

Is there any timeline for those extended shortcodes? I have a client who really needs to be able to display only certain events or tags for booking...

    Hi Bill,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

These shortcodes will be probably included in our next update. If you are interested I can inform you once we release a new version with this feature?

    Best regards.
