In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi there,

    I'm running the latest version of WP DataTables with Gravity Form integration. 

    It seems that I'm not able to add any more Editor Roles to the dropdown list in the editing tab of one of my tables (I have several others tables and they all function fine). I'll tick the roles I want to add from the dropdown and click apply, but when the page reloads they won't have been added. I've attempted this several times but can't seem to add any more roles.

    Any advice or suggestions on how this could be rectified?

    Thank you for your purcahse.

    We are not sure what is going on if is working on some tables and it is not working on particular table. I suppose that is related with settigns of that table.

    Can you try to make new table from that form and check is it working?

    Are you creting your custom user roles?

    We now lunch our snadbox when users can try creating tables from gravity forms.

    You can try to reporduce same issue there?
