Hi, The table tools like advanced filtering/sorting and the save to Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.. options seem to not be working correctly.

In the preview section they appear to work well.  However when i got the actual link on the "live" version they are not there.  The table comes up and the Search comes up, but that is all.  Not even the pagination buttons come up.

I have also tried to change the display amount from 10 - 25 -50 but this doesnt affect any of it.  the entire table displays!

is there shortcode i should have for these issues? someone help please otherwise i would like a refund!

    Hi Ricardo,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for inconvenience,

    1) Can you please try to update manually plugin, because from your issue there is a change that some files are missing?

You can download premium version form email that you get when you make this purchase(some hostings treat it like a Spam so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you receive email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download premium version.

My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive when you make purchase

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate wpdatatables Plugin, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache

    ____________________________________________________________________________________________

If you are using hosting where you are not allowed to your FTP  then follow those instructions:

Please note that before deleting plugin from Plugins page It is recommended to leave option Prevent deleting tables in database as checked in main settings of plugin if you want to keep your tables in database after deleting plugin from Plugins page. If you uncheck this option, it will be deleted all tables in database after deleting plugin.

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive when you make purchase

2.) Delete wpdatatables plugin from WordPress Plugins page

    3) Click on Add new on Plugins page

    4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page

5.) Choose previously downloaded wpdatatables zip file

6.) When uploading is done, please Activate wpdatatables plugin

7.) Clear server and browser cache.

Please note that our plugin have size around 10 MB so if yo are not able to upload plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase

    upload_max_file size,

    post_max_size ,

    max_execution_time

You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

    2) If that not help can you try to deactivate plugins one by one and check is there conflict with some of them? If that is not the case can you try to change the theme and see is there conflict with it? Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP.

    3) If not all these not help please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Also provide me a link of the page where you are using our table and where you have this issue, so I can take a look.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
