In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

OK, I am confused. There is Envato, Codecanyon and TMS Plugins, all selling the same (i guess) product at different prices. Not sure how to go here. In the past I bought wpDataTables and ReportBuilder from Envato. I was able to update wpDataTables but it broke ReportBuilder. So, my question is do I have to purchase new wpDataTables and ReportBuilder both just to get things to work and to get some technical support? Currently, I have WordPress 5.2.2 running ShowMe theme, wpDataTables Version 2.6.1 , Report Builder Version 1.1.2 (deactivated because it breaks with the 2.6.1 wpDataTables installed). Even going back to wpDataTables 2.5.1 will not work now. Please advise

Yes on all markets are the same plugins. Prices are different because on CodeCanyon you have lifetime license and on our website you have subscription. We are working on it and in next period you will be able to purchase lifetime license on our website as well cheaper than on Envato because we are moving from this market.
About the updates from Envato you are still able to update your plugins on latest version from Envato because we are updating plugins there because of lot of users that are still have Envato license.
You can check how you can download plugins from Envato on this link.
You have issue with lower version of Report builder because from version 1.1.3 we update library that is used for normal functionality of Report builder.
My suggestion is to download all our plugins with the latest versions that you purchase on Envato (you can find instructions on link above) and then to update plugins manually.(same procedure for Report builder)
