We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
My website is about a yoga center. I configured the working days for the year with several class schedules according to the services (yoga, pilates, meditation). Sometimes I have to delete a service but I do not see how to do that. I only see the setting of days off. It is essential for me to be able to delete time slots.
Regards
HI Jourdan,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me do you want to delete the service completely from the Service page in our plugin or somewhere else?
Can you also check if you have Amelia Administrator role set up for your user that you are logged in WordPress, to have permission to delete the services.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi,
I do not want to completely remove the service. I only want to have the opportunity to remove a class in the year. For example: the working hours set for the whole year on Mondays are: 10h-11h (Yoga) + 11h-12h (Pilates) and I would like to have the possibility of deleting a course on a specific day (for example,: Yoga on Monday, September 30). But, currently, I can only configure days off.
Hi,
Can your reply quickly please ?Thanks
Hi Jourdan,
Thank you for explanation.
In your case you do not need to delete the service, you just need to configure the special day for that employee.
You can take a look at this link and you just need to configure the special days for employees.
Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this. Once you set it, it will override employee’s general working hours and service schedule but it will not override the days off.
In your case , just add a special day for 30 September and choose for that date to only provide Pilates ( in this case you will "delete" Yoga for that date, and only Pilates will be able to be booked)
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
