In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    I had your plugin under a subdomain, i then transferred to the real domain using all-in-one wp migration

    Everything was good until i made a change, now this happens:

    All my services have gone! Now, when i add a new Category (it says "Success") i  then add a service and go to chose an employee and it says i have none even though 2 employees are in the employee tab. I add a new employee (now 3) and still cant assign on to my service. I then refresh the Services page and all Categories i have added disappear and i have to start all over again, so nothing is being saved and i cant see any employees.

    This is just since i transferred over to the correct domain

    HI Jamie,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    When this happens the issue can be within the database, that the all relations between the tables in the database are not correctly transferred ( probably that plugin did not do it correctly) and now you have an issue like this.

    When you are moving on live site from local or stage site we can suggest to use Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine, because he will transfer all the files and also the tables to database. 

    Can you try it, and let me know if it worked?

    Hi Bogdan

    Wow, what a mission that was as i no longer had my staging site to transfer using Duplicator

    I managed to use an existing backup to the be able to transfer it all again using Duplicator

    All seems good so far (but then it all seemed good last time too before it stopped saving)

    I will let you know if i have any issues but for now all is ok
