I purchased this because it said "Purchase now and get lifetime updates for free" but it's looking like I might get charged again in a year. I want to make sure this doesn't happen.
Unfortunately that is not lifetime license. We check your profile, and we can see that you purchase Basic subscription license. At the moment we don't have such option over our website(we have to update line that you send in attachment), but we are working on it and it will be available in next few months.
It's stated in a few places on your site. That's the button I clicked to buy it. This is a bad way to do business, I've always had to honor what I put out there.
Can you tell me how to access report builder? I didn't use it when I bought it, and now I'm hunting for my receipt and info, so I can install it. Thanks!
