We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I am interested in buying the add-on, but seeing its documentation I do not know if I would have this function available, which is essential for a job that I have to do. I wanted to know if it is possible in this system to put a maximum number of reservations per service in a determined period of time. I try to explain, imagine that I have a course of 17 seats, which is the service. When booking with an agent, only 17 holes can be reserved in the calendar. Sorry if I have not been able to explain well. Regards, Mario

    Hi Mario,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Yes, we have option to set minimum and maximum capacity for each service and each employee, so if you set 17 as the maximum capacity of the service that would mean that one time slot in the calendar (that is defined by the service duration) maximum 17 people can book the same appointment (class).
