Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello, I need to change the subject in the Google calendar when the client makes an appointment, currently there is the name of the service, I need to put the name of the employee, how can I do it?
Hello misivaec.
Thank you for your purchase.
When you go to Google Calendar in main Settings of Amelia, you will see the following screen, where you can add %employee_full_name% placeholder, so it displays that instead of %service_name%:
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello misivaec,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Aleksandar is on vacation and I will help you out.
If this appointment was made before then you can not change it throws Amelia plugin. That appointment you need to change manually in Google calendar. All new appointments that your customer book will have employee_full_name as appointment title in Google calendar.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Please make an appointment at:

At the end add to the Google calendar or other calendars.
The service name continues to appear, we need the calendar title to be given to the employee_full_name

Hello misivaec,
Yes we now understand on what you mean.
Those two feathers are not related with each other. This means when you set Event title in Google settings that is related with employee calendar where these settings will be applied. When customer book appointment and then want to add it on his calendar(Google, Yahoo, iCal or Outlook) it will be generated info about appointment(service name will be event name).
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
