We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
As stated by Milos here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/1668511/ tables created from sources like json and google spreadsheet must refresh every time the user refresh the page.
I'm having the problem with all of my json tables, i have an API which return new information every day, my tables never update the data. I' have looked in all of the plugins settings and can't find any info related to this "Dynamic update".
As my API return new information every day or every couple of hours, i need my tables to fetch the json url (my api endpoints) and retrieve new information to populate the tables. Could you bring me some help with this?
Thanks!
Noel.
Hello Noel.
Thank you for your purchase.
Just like Milos mentioned there:
you must also refresh the page in order to see changes
This goes for back-end, as well as front-end pages. There is no dynamic refresh for tables created linked to a JSON file. You could probably do that with some javascript, but unfortunately this falls under customization, and is not included in the provided support of the plugin.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
