In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am sorry, but I may have not understood your question correctly.
If your clients need to schedule different time slots, they can do that. The only issue is that they cannot do it during one booking session yet, but instead when they complete one booking, they have to open the page again, and choose a different day.
Our developers are currently working on implementing multiple days bookings, but I cannot promise that it will be implemented in the next release.
Can you please explain in a bit more detail how you'd like your users to go through the booking process?

Yes it's about multiple days bookings in one session !!
For exemple the process is : .....the client chose the pack (service) of 3 hours but the duration of one appointement is just 1 hour ..........> so the client must be chose 1 hour in a défrente day 3 times .
