I'm an online tutor. I do language classes via Skype and I'm looking for an affordable solution for my bookings.
I've looked at the demos and I was wondering whether Amelia has any of these futures:
- Automatic syncing with Google Calendar. Also showing my calendar on the frontend for my students to see.
- Different payment gateways. I know it supports Paypal and Stripe. But does it also support 2Checkout?
- Does it have a reschedule option for bookings
- Does it have cancellation
- Can a person book more than once in a month, for example every week on thursday at 4pm at that month. Does it automatically figure have that feature?
- Is your support fast? Really important cause I may have lots of questions.
1. We have automatic synchronization with Google calendar but you should know that events from Google calendar are not shown in the Amelia, the events from Google affects the number of free time slots in Amelia and just removes the time slots. On the other hand appointments from Amelia are automatically added to your Google calendar.
2. We don't support 2Checkout by default but we have integration with WooCommerce and you can use WooCommerce checkout for various payment methods.
3. Yes, we have rescheduled option. Notifications follow the rescheduling action. At the moment customers can only reschedule using the back-end (you can read more about our users and roles), but soon we will work on the front-end customers cabinet so the customers will be able to track, cancel and reschedule their appointments on the front-end form (currently this is done in WordPress back-end, but they cannot see other Amelia pages or WordPress panel).
4. Yes, same as the one above, just with the Cancel option customers have option to also cancel the appointment through the URL link that they can receive in the notifications.
5. Person can book as many times as he need, but we don't have recurring option at the moment. We plan to implement this feature because it was requested a lot, but I must say that we will need couple of months for this.
As for the support, we always give our best to answer tickets as soon as possible, but it depends on the number of tickets that we receive and on days in the week. We don't work on weekends so that is the time when tickets wait a little longer.
