I am sorry, but I don't see any charts on this page, only a couple of tables. Did you mean to ask about them, perhaps?
If so, something like this can be achieved, but please bear in mind that merged cells are not supported by wpDataTables yet.
You can take a look at our showcase, where you can see a lot of different table examples. There are really a lot of options you can use to create something similar to what you showed me in the link, depending on which method of table creation you would like to use.
