We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
let's suppose that I have a couple of services and each of these services has the same extras. In that case there are specific placeholders for each extra service (e.g. %service_extra_12_name%, %service_extra_12_quantity%; %service_extra_13_name%, %service_extra_13_quantity%; ...). I would like to ask following questions:
1. Is there a variable that I can use instead of the specific numbers (12; 13...)? I don't know beforehand which service will be chosen by customer, therefore I am not sure which placeholder I can use.
2. Is it somehow possible to inform about extras in email notifications only when they are actually ordered (not every time, in each email notification)?
In our current situation we are able to recognize the order of an extra service just based on the different time or total price. I would like to inform our customers or even even employees about the name or quantity of a service in email notifications.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Peter.
HI Peter,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like you mentioned below is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
Extras placeholders are relatively new feature and we will definitely consider expanding in the future updates, so I will forward your suggestion to my team so we can discuss adding this option.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
