    Dear Amelia Team,

    I have several problems and would love your opinion in bypassing those:

    1) I want to have 2 notification types for approved. One for: Visit us on location 1. One for visit us on Location 2. How can I manage this? I tried to just inserted the text on other notification types like rejected etc. but then it won't appear on my calendar. This is very important for me

    2) We have two location inserted in Amelia. Every worker is switching locations frequently and in the booking system there might not be visible if they are linked with one location already. Is there any way we can bypass this? If not we have to make sure that we just offer 1 location for the client and write him the location manually via. E-Mail. How can we do this the easiest or the best way?

    3) If we see that a service is taking longer then expected, how can we manually make the service longer to make sure that a customer can not book there? We have problems with fixed time periods..is there any way we can bypass this or make sure that we don’t get into a queue?

    4) There happens sometimes, that we need to add a customer meeting manually into Amelia. In this case we always need to put in an E-Mail for the Customer and we don’t have access to their e-mail. How can we bypass this? I know that we can set this off, but in case of the regular booking we need to make sure that the customer has the e-mail field as mandatory, since we need to contact them via E-Mail. What would you do in this case?

    5) I have sorted my services in the backend. There are 3 "All Services" (for example haircut for men (with different services) haircut for women (with different services). I have sorted the 3 "all services" first and then I sorted all other services inside the main services. It still is not sorted in the frontend, there are services appear without any order

    6) If I have 3 main services (cuts for men, cuts for women and cosmetics) with different services inside the category, how can I make sure I won't need to see all services unsorted on the frontend? If I have the service "cut" for women and for men, the client won't be able to know which one is for his gender? That is very weird. I don't want to use the catalog.

    HI Trimor,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    1.

    At the moment there are only 1 type of approved notifications that you setup in the notification page so it is not possible to have 2 types of it.

    2. 

    Multiple locations for employee are coming in the next update which i hope it will be released next week.

    3.

    Unfortunately there is no option to have dynamic time for the services, the workaround would be that you make extras for example ( 15 min, 30 min etc) but the issue here is that customers will need to choose it right when they are making an appointment.

    4.

    In this cases we are adding fake emails for the customers, you can also make one fake customer in the plugin and use his/her email.

    5 and 6.

    Can you please tell me which version of our plugin do you use?


    NOTE:
    When you have multiple questions can you please open a separate ticket for each of them, it will be much more easier and faster for us and you probably and we can also keep our "one ticket per issue" policy. You can open as many tickets as you like.
