    Hi,


    I have a demand to have a booking calendar for customers with week view (In columns week days, in rows available hours).


    Is it possible to configure Amelia booking calendar like this?

    Unfortunately we currently don't have Calendar week view, but it is on our roadmap for next releases. Right now we have these frontend booking forms:

    Can I also ask about email notifications? I can set to notify customer and employee.

    Is it possible to set additional email to set for all notifications?

    My client would like to have a backup of all sent emails.

    Sounds good I will pt a note and let you know.

    Yes, there's option to send email notifications to the additional address – it is possible to define additional email address in the Notifications Settings on the Settings page, and all emails will be sent to that email address as well.

    Hi,

    When you buy the plugin, you get the latest version and 1 year of support and regular updates, it is subscription based, so as long as you subscription lasts you will have updates and notification about update.

    My client also don't see in administration panel how many client have been sign. Is it because he don't have any more subscription?

    When he will buy new subscription he will receive some code? How we should activate subscription?

    Hi Michal,

    Sorry but I didn't understand your question, can you please explain to me what do you mean by: "My client also don't see in administration panel how many client have been sign. Is it because he don't have any more subscription?"

    If you are using the Lite version and don't see the Employees page that is because in the Lite version there is only one employee, but in the full version you will have Employees page and option to add multiple employees.

    As for your second question once you purchase the plugin you will get the access to your profile on our Store and there you will have your license and all info about the subscription. You will also receive the purchase code that you can enter on the Settings page to get the regular updates.

    My client bought Amelia. How can I update from previous version 1.2.1 to new version 2.0?

    I don't see option to update Amelia.

    Here's the instruction:

    Updating your Amelia WordPress Booking plugin Automatic Update

    To enable auto update just add the purchase key in the Activation Settings Dialog on the Settings page.

    If you buy it over CodeCanyon, you can take a look at this tutorial how to find your Amelia Purchase Code – Link.

    Manual Update

    When downloading the new plugin version (if you buy it over CodeCanyon please download it from this link, or if you buy it over our website then please download it from our TMS Store from this link) please follow these steps to update manually from the existing version:

    1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder
    2. Delete the old Amelia version folder
    3. Upload the new version of Amelia
    4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section
    5. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again
