We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is it possible to package multiple services or dissimilar times and cost? Specifically a three part service, consisting of one fitting appointment on a given day for a specific amount of time. Followed by two follow-up appointments to be booked after the initial fitting across a month or two. All paid for up front.
Example. Buy package 1 and schedule initial fitting appointment. Attend appointment. Go home and 3 weeks later login to schedule first follow-up appointment (already paid for). Attend follow-up appointment. Repeat for second follow-up.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately we don't have packages option at the moment, but we certainly think about implementing it and this use case will be very helpful for us once we start with development. I must be honest to say that this feature will not come very fast in the next couple of updates since we have already planed features that were more requested, but after we implement front-end customers cabinet and recurring option we will probably start with packages option.
