When someone tries to login with the manager role they get re-routed to home page but can not actually get into Wordpress. the WP icon comes up on the top of the page, but when you click it it goes nowhere. The manager can not access Amelia to see appointments, schedule or do anything.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
