An Amelia manager can create customers. However there are certain fields that are not required and I would prefer to just remove these fields totally. Fields such as : Wordpress User Gender Date of Birth
Is this possible? and will it still be effective I update amelia with new releases in the future?
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not included in the plugin's built-in features, and removing those fields would require some significant changes in multiple coding files of the plugin.
Something like this is not included in the support of the plugin, and would be considered custom work.
