We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're considering to migrate the booking system of a beauty saloon from SimplyBook to Amelia and we have a couple of questions.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1) Yes, we already have Spanish translation. Approximately 90% is translated in the plugin, but you can also easily translate the plugin using Poedit, Loco Translate or some other third party plugin.
2) Unfortunately something like this is not possible in our plugin at the moment, but you can make registration outside of Amelia plugin and then add a shortcode to the private page where customers will be able to access through that registration.
3) Unfortunately we don't have this feature at the moment, but you can reject appointment from that customer.
4) This also isn't possible at the moment. We have four user roles but all of them have different access, customer can login and see only his appointments, employee can login and see his appointments but you can allow him to also edit his profile, working hours, days off and special days and to add and edit appointments, and manager can do almost everything like admin, but he cannot delete anything. We are thinking about changing the manager role in the future but for now it is made like this.

You are welcome. I am very sorry because we don't have the features that you need at the moment, but we have plans to expand Amelia more so at some point I hope that we will have all these features.
