I purchased the basic package of Amelia, but WordPress is not recognizing that I have the full version of the plugin. I can't even add a new service! Any advice?
You need to deactivate and delete the Lite version, and then install the full version with the .zip file you downloaded from our store, or from the e-mail you received after purchase.
The plugin doesn't yet auto-update if you simply enter the purchase code in the Lite version. We're working on that, but at the time being, you need to delete Lite, and then install the full version.
