Hello, I have just bought and installed your plugin for the first time :)
Can I ask please...
1. Is it possible for users to pay credit in advance ($100 for example) and pay for bookings ($20 per session) like this? Instead of paying one session at a time.
2. I have different discounted prices for block bookings (eg. $20 per 1 session, $50 per 3 sessions). Can this plugin handle this?
3. If user buys 3 sessions, must they decide the time/date of the appointment at the point of purchase? Or can they 'save' their sessions for later at their convenience.

1. You can have the service cost $100 and that is the price displayed when they book, but you can add a custom field (located in "Customize" menu) with a notification that'd say (for example) "You are required to pay additional $20 on site". If that is what you meant to ask of course. If you meant that they should pay $100 one time, and use it 5 times, or pay $20 each time they book, this cannot be done. You can have only one price per service. The only other option would be to have separate services. For example one service that lets them pay for 5 appointments, and after they buy that, you send them discount coupons (located in "Finance" menu) which you have to manually create, and then have a second service which allows them to buy one appointment at a time.

3. If you create a service which would be a bulk selection of 3 appointments, they only get to choose 1 time slot, but you can provide 2 100% discount coupons, so they can book another two appointments later on.
You would need to log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin. Then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and you will see "Request Refund" button there.
I cannot find the Request Refund button. Screenshot attached. Have I missed the money-back deadline? I know I requested via ticket in time... I hope you are still able to help me.

Yeah, when 15 days pass, the button disappears, leaving you only with the "Cancel Subscription" option.
I will forward the request to our management, and hopefully they will help you out, although I cannot guarantee anything due to our refund policy.
