With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.

Like I mentioned you below, you purchased the plugin via our store http://store.tms-plugins.com and you get the username and password to login once you purchase the product, the only way to ask for refund is through that store.
So you will need to login to the store and then request a refund from there.

THERE IS NO WAY TO REQUEST A REFUND THROUGH THAT LINK, WHY ARE YOU LYING

Sorry, but since the purchase was made on DATE requesting a refund is not an option anymore. Unfortunately, our refund policy is to provide a full refund for a period of fifteen (15) days from the end of the business day on which the Subscription was purchased.
After that period passes, the "Request Refund" button disappears from your store account, and you can only cancel the subscription. Just like all terms and conditions you agree to when you purchase any software - it is assumed you have read and agreed to them at the moment of purchase.
You purchased the product on 6th July and the last day you can ask for refund was 21st July, at the moment when you asked for refund there was a link in the store, now that link is not avaliable anymore.

Sorry to hear your frustration but here is the video that shows you clearly that the link that I send to you was the good one.
It goes to the Tms store where you should enter your credentials to login and from there ask for refund.
I sent you twice the link to open a refund request, and at the moment of both links were sent the refund period was valid.
If you went to your account at moment the links were sent, this is how you should see the dashboard.
